Die Atombrüder VS Drown Radio ist online

Second off, last year Johnbot and I put out a split cd to bring along and sell at the National Yo-Yo Contest. The album features two bands, The Atomic Brothers and Drown Radio, but flows all together like a well thought out album should.
Despite the timing of the original release, this is not purely a yo-yo album, however a few tracks (Dave Appreciation and Pretty Ricky) are deeply routed in yo-yo references and culture. Note to yo-ers: wtfs? is 3 minutes long, perfect for freestyle music.
We only manufactured 300 of these cds and now have very few left, so Johnbot and I are making the entire album free for download!

Wow, I’ve been away from the yo-yo scene for years(4+) and out of nowhere I see the infamous name of of Doctor Popular on Boing Boing. I remember you modding yo’s, but now your circuit bending. Still the same old Doc Pop. Just listened to some of your tracks, you got music skills too. I still carry a yo with me everywhere, tough habit to kill. Take care man! Peace…
