Drown Radio – Me Geek Pretty One Day

Still staying busy these days here are some recent activities.

Small Records has released their first compilation cd and it’s got one of my tracks on it. The compilation is called Small Records Mix Tape and it sounds great. I’m not sure how you can get a copy yet, but I’ll try to find out. The compilation is a cool mix of electro and acoustic music. Glitchy pop music.

Madame Down posted a slew of new CES performance videos including this video of me doing Happy Valium Meal on the DIVX stage. If you watch it, let me know how it is. I really didn’t like doing it live, I thought it sounded terrible. But after watching the video I’m thinking about adding it to the set list on the Mediocre Tour.

I recently got a chance to do an interview with a cool new nerdcore site out of Sweden. The site is www.Nerdcore.se. I have to assume the “.se” stands for “special edition(!!!)”. Please feel free to check the interview with Drown Radio here.

Speaking of interviews, I was also recently interviewed on The Awful Show. You can download Episode #34 here. It’s a long show, filled with lots of good nerdcore hip hop and stuff. My segment is about an hour in.

I have to say, it’s really cool doing interviews that don’t have anything to do with yo-yoing.

Thanks to everyone who listened to the Robot Friends podcast. I haven’t heard Z’s stats yet, but I’ve had nearly 100 clicks on this episode, which is one the fastest download peaks of an episode yet.
